GroMoPo

GroMoPo — short for Growing Mom and Pop shops. An AI assistant and on-chain Solana ordering platform for small and mid-sized food-and-beverage owners. Shop owners uploaded their own Google Maps data via Google Takeout (reviews, listings), which a multi-source RAG platform unified with their Solana ordering activity behind a single retrieval interface. Built and operated solo, October 2024 – October 2025. At the outset I gave it twelve months to earn its existence, and set one bar for it to clear: real user pull, a committed cofounder, or funding. It reached MVP and beta but didn't clear the bar I had set, so I wound it down and open-sourced the code: gromopo, chat, vouched.
